Summary:
The PM coordinator/scheduler is responsible for the following duties:
Design, processing, and implementation of a functional PM program.
Other responsibilities include maintaining relevant records and ensuring the completion of PM's in a timely manner.
Essential Functions Understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality, GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
Schedule, maintain and improve our Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
Ensure that the correct PM is getting done in accordance with timeline set out by manufacturer & manager.
Maintain correct documentation on work performed and timely execution and to report to management what was not completed in accordance with our program.
Daily monitoring of completed PMs, Work orders, etc.
Interact with other managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
Purchases maintenance and operating supplies.
Search for cost reductions by utilizing alternative low-cost quality suppliers.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
Receive and send FedEx/UPS shipments.
Ensure proper receiving procedures are followed.
Ensure parts room housekeeping.
Maintain a close relationship with Maintenance Manager to ensure proper inventory of parts and other supplies.
Maintain an active file of all parts and equipment.
Maintain a current approved vendor list.
Serves as a parts runner, as needed.
Maintain inventory of parts with established thresholds Maintain record keeping and documentation to support department needs.
Education / Skills / Experience Required:
Microsoft & computer proficiency essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members and external vendors.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Communicates effectively:
conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and orally.
Collaborates well with others proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others.
Completes other tasks as needed.
Preferred:
Prefer candidate to be familiar with PSM and RMP programs.
